The construction and real estate sector continues to evolve rapidly. Demand for housing and buildings remains high, while regulations, procedures and geopolitical developments are creating increasing complexity. In this dynamic environment, success depends on agility, craftsmanship and a clear course. VB Bouw is part of VB Groep. VB Groep looks back on a successful year in which our companies achieved further growth while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety and continuity.

In 2025, VB Groep continued its upward trajectory for the sixth consecutive year. Group revenue increased by 9,2% compared to 2024. At the end of 2025, the order book amounted to approximately € 650 million, providing strong confidence for the future.

Profit before tax amounted to € 12,1 million, representing the combined performance of all companies within the group.

In 2025, we saw a slight decrease in gross margin percentage of 1,4% compared to 2024. This was mainly due to significantly higher labour costs and continued pressure on the procurement market for subcontracting services, raw materials and building materials. Despite the company’s strong growth in recent years, solvency remained at a healthy level of approximately 37%.
