Our development company, CRA Vastgoed, devises and implements creative solutions for complex projects involving both new buildings and redevelopment work.

In co-makership with clients and users, we undertake suitable projects designed to meet accommodation needs. Including giving advice on forms of financing and investment structures as well as access to an extensive network of sound professional parties able to act on this advice. We work in the Netherlands, focusing in particular on the centre and south of the country. Our specialist fields include urban redevelopment assignments, area development and transformations. In the past few years, we have turned increasingly to the development of real estate projects primarily for the care sector.
